Born in Baton Rouge and raised in Lafayette, Jason Weaver has been with the firm since May of 2022. After graduating from St. Thomas More Catholic High School, LSU, and the Southern University Law Center, Jason returned home and practiced with another local personal injury firm for nearly a decade.
After graduating from LSU, Jason worked for the Louisiana House of Representatives for two legislative sessions. While in law school, Jason clerked at the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Louisiana and taught constitutional law at Belaire High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
At Anderson, Blanda & Saltzman, Jason's practice focuses on serious personal injury litigation including auto collisions, premises liability matters, and offshore personal injury. Jason also represents claimants in their disability applications before the Social Security Administration.
Jason is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Lafayette Bar Association, the Lafayette Young Lawyer's Association, the American Association of Justice, as well as the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
Jason and his wife, Blaire, are the proud parents of Olivia (born 2020) and John (born 2022). In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing basketball and sneaking in a round or two of golf.
